Our retreat dates…

Our next retreat takes place this September. 

Our 3 night retreat runs 20th – 23rd.

Our 4 night retreat runs from the 23rd to 27th.

 

Is it for you?

We welcome all levels of fitness, whether a complete beginner or an elite athlete and everything we do, can be scaled to suit you and your abilities.

Everyone is welcome to join us.

What’s included in your stay?

5* Accomodation

Breakfast, lunch and a 3 course dinner and we can cater for all of your dietary needs.

Access to all on site facilities which includes,

a swimming pool and steam room.

 

What does a typical day look like? 

Each day the itinerary may change slightly, everything is optional so you only do what you want to do! It’s your retreat!

 

7am: Yoga to awake the body and mind

7.45am: A walk or run up to the top of Glastonbury Tor

9am: Breakfast (which always includes pancakes)

11am: Our unique Farm Wod

1pm: Lunch

1.30-2.30pm: Chill time

3pm: Box Wod

4.30-5.30pm: Swim, Steam, Sleep!

5.45pm: Gentle evening slow yoga

7.30pm: 3 course dinner because you will be hungry!

The rest of the evening is free for you to do what you like.

 

Excursions *some require additional payments

Sports massage & body analysis *an additional payment required
