Our next retreat takes place in March 2020.

Our 3 night retreat has already SOLD OUT.

Our 4 night retreat runs from the 30th of March to the 3rd of April.

 

Is it for you?

We welcome all levels of fitness, whether a complete beginner or an elite athlete and everything we do, can be scaled to suit you and your abilities.

Everyone is welcome to join us.

What’s included in your stay?

7am: Yoga to awake the body and mind

7.45am: A walk or run up to the top of Glastonbury Tor

9am: Breakfast (which always includes pancakes)

11am: Our unique Farm Wod

1pm: Lunch

1.30-2.30pm: Chill time

3pm: Box Wod

4.30-5.30pm: Swim, Steam, Sleep!

5.45pm: Gentle evening slow yoga

7.30pm: 3 course dinner because you will be hungry!

The rest of the evening is free for you to do what you like.

 

Breakfast, lunch and a 3 course evening dinner is freshly prepared for you, on site with our Chef Jack, and includes locally sourced produce straight from the on site farmshop. All of your food, accommodation and access to on site facilities are included in your stay.

Chill out time when ever you need and we have a dedicated space open all day for you to lounge around in.

 

Excursions *some require additional payments

Sports massage & body analysis *an additional payment required

 

If you book a 3 night stay there is the option to stay with us for 4 days.
