What do you expect from a CrossFit Retreat ? Having ‘CrossFit’ forced down your throat, preaching over the best programme, or best diet plan, with 3 CrossFit classes a day?
Well this certainly isnt that, its a Retreat, a get away from your norm and thats exactly what we did. Stongman wods in the Sandpit, Yoga on the decking, CrossFit at the box. Sunbathing, banter and eating in the chill out areas. It was a perfect balance, also the hosts were staff, friends and coaches they wore many hats but looked after anything and everything making us feel at home and relaxed. You could write a lot more but it would take away some of the surprises of your retreat.
During your stay you will train hard, eat well and come away feeling refreshed and recharged i am sure. Thank you to all the Team !!
